Questions a careful seller asks.
No sales fog. Here's how the service actually works — what we promise, what we don't, and what we need from you to start.
Will this guarantee I rank on page one or sell more?
No — and we'd be careful with anyone who promises that. Rankings and sales depend on your product, price, reviews, images, and competition, all of which are outside our hands. What we guarantee is a clear, compliant, well-written listing delivered on time. That's the part we control, and we do it well.
Do you need access to my Amazon Seller Central account?
No. We deliver a clean document you paste in yourself. We never ask for your account login — that keeps your account yours and your risk at zero.
How do you choose the keywords? Is it just guessing?
No guessing. We use three real sources: Amazon's own autocomplete (what shoppers actually type), the top-ranking competitors' listings (the words buyers already respond to), and the language in your product's reviews. We don't quote made-up "search volumes" from tools we can't verify.
What about Amazon's new 75-character title rule?
We write to it. Since July 27, 2026, Amazon caps non-media titles at 75 characters and added a 125-character Item Highlights field below the title. We fit a strong title into the limit and move the rest of your keywords into Item Highlights, so nothing gets lost — and Amazon's system doesn't auto-rewrite your title for you.
How fast will I get it?
Most single listings are back within 24 to 48 hours. We work during your night — our hours line up with the U.S. business day — so you often wake up to a finished listing. Packs take a little longer and are delivered in agreed batches.
Is this written by a person, or mass-produced?
Every listing is written and reviewed by a person and tailored to your specific product — not churned out in bulk. If a draft reads like it was mass-produced, it fails our own review before you ever see it.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every listing includes one revision within the original scope — tell us what's off and we'll fix it. And if we ever miss the agreed deadline, you get a full refund, no forms.
Can you write a listing for a brand-new product that isn't live yet?
Yes. Instead of a product URL, send us the product details — what it is, key specs, who it's for — and we'll write it from there.
Amazon only, or Shopify and Etsy too?
Our core is Amazon. We also write Shopify and Etsy product descriptions, which follow different rules — more room, less keyword-stuffing. Tell us the platform when you order and we'll write for it. If you're not sure it's a fit, ask first.
What do you need from me to start?
A product URL (or product details), who the product is for, any keywords you already know work, your brand tone, and anything we must include or avoid. That's it — enough to write the listing, and nothing that touches your account.
Still have a question?
Ask before you order — we'll give you a straight answer, usually the same day.
